The HACS Group incorporates HACS Construction Ltd, HACS Civil Engineering, HACS Plant, HACS Environmental, Permapave Ltd, and High Rails Farmers, and has a broad range of clients encompassing local and central government, education, retail, distribution, transport and domestic sectors.

Our experience ranges from roads and utility infrastructure projects to industrial, commercial and residential development with a range of values.

We offer complete solutions for design and build, traditional contracting, refurbishment or repair and maintenance, executed to the highest standards.

The Group also runs a plant hire division, for internal use and external client hire, and an expanding environmental division providing collection, recycling and landfill services to the public and private sectors.

The Group works with clients as main contractor, sub-contractor and under term contracts. As a result, we are involved in a range of different projects, including large value contacts and we have a track record or success in delivering on time and to budget.
