DM Hall is an industry recognised firm of Chartered Surveyors with a large network of offices across Scotland.

The firm has over 85 fully qualified surveyors, specialising in the full spectrum of residential and commercial services.

Our clients range from major multinationals to private individuals, and with over 100 years in business, we are well placed to advise on a variety of property related matters.

On the residential side, we are a major provider of Home Reports, and can provide all other industry recognised residential reports. We are on all lenders panels which means that our reports are trusted by all parties involved in the selling and buying process. Our commercial department offers the full range of valuation services and has its own commercial agency department. In addition we have specialists in other areas including building surveying, architectural services, planning, property enquiry certificates as well as our country department, Baird Lumsden.
