The directors of Visioncare, with more than 20 years combined experience in both high street and domiciliary practice are committed to providing a client service which is second to none.

Visioncare at Home provide a professional eye care service comprising of eye examinations, dispensing, fitting and a premier after care service which is brought to you by our visiting optometrists.

We were founded in 2007 with the belief that everybody deserves the best possible eye care with a service that is personal and tailored to the individual client. Moreover, we believe that people should not miss out on such a service due to poor mobility or ill health, thus by using the latest portable testing equipment we can provide a full examination in the comfort of your own home.

Our optometrists and optical assistants are not only highly trained in their field but they are also passionate about providing the best possible service to every client. This passion has driven us to become Scotland's fastest growing domiciliary opticians and now we are recognized as dementia specialists across Scotland. This is largely due to the success and experience we have from using different testing techniques with clients who have poorer communication skills to ensure they still receive the highest level of service and eye care. In addition to this, we have an in-depth knowledge of how to communicate with those who have poorer communication skills in order to make them feel comfortable and relaxed during their eye examination.
