Set in large secluded grounds on the edge of Exmoor, Three Acres is the perfect country house for those who want to take advantage of England’s most beautiful countryside.

A licensed bar, sitting room with log fire, light and airy dining room and plenty of space make your stay as comfortable as it could possibly be. The six double bedrooms (three of which can be made into twins), are individually styled and have comfortable beds, crisp white linen, superb facilities including Wi-Fi, Digital TV, deep baths and powerful showers.

A hearty full English breakfast is prepared fresh to order using home grown and locally sourced produce, with daily specials including Exe Valley Cold Smoked Trout and Eggs Benedict.

We serve light suppers of home made soups, pâtés and sandwiches at the bar. Alternatively for a more subtantial meal we can recommend some fine restaurants and country pubs nearby.
