Our practice is full of enthusiastic, friendly staff members who are always happy to help. Consisting of 5 veterinary surgeons, 2 qualified veterinary nurses, 3 student veterinary nurses and 2 receptionists, you will always find someone who can aid you with you requests.

We are open to the public 6 days a week (Monday to Friday 8am-7pm and Saturday 8am-4pm). We do have car parking facilities found at the front of the clinic. We do have disabled access at the front of the clinic via a ramp.

When we are not open we do have an out of hours emergency provider known as Vets Now Ipswich. Although a completely separate company they are in place in our clinic to provide overnight and weekend care to our patients and patients from other clinics.They provide us with emergency cover during the following times: Monday to Friday 7pm-8.00am, Saturday 12pm through to Monday 8am. Bank holiday cover will also be provided via Vets Now Ipswich. During these times they will have a vet and nurse onsite for emergency patients.
