What is Power Plate Training or Whole Body Vibration Training(WBVT)?

WBVT is an approach to exercise which combines traditional resistance training with a piece of equipment that provides a certain instability making the muscles work harder as they constantly react to the changes of both the routines and the equipment.

Although it differs from individual to individual on average a ten minute session on a Power Plate is equivalent to half an hour session of training without, a major plus point of the technology is efficiency and effectiveness to participation ratio, after all many of us lead busy lives and 'time' is a large factor in unused gym memberships!

Who is Vibe Hut for?

Vibe Hut Personal Training is for adults and that means all adults of all ages, men and women. Our clients range from 18 year olds to those in their late 60’s. As all training is personally tailored and mentored everyone can benefit and as our staff are all fully qualified personal trainers we can take into account pre-existing conditions or restrictions and work with our clients to cater for these and often assist in their recovery.
