Description
With 18 years experience teaching aerobics together with weight management in one class , I have a valuable insight into losing weight and getting fit - whatever your age, size or fitness level.
I teach various forms of exercise to keep my sessions challenging but fun.
Aerobics, Circuits, Bootcamp, HIIT, Boxercise, Bender Ball & FitSteps are just some of the different styles.
