General information

Gatekeeper was founded in 2004 by four founders, Patrick, Mat, Phil and Vanessa. Having bought, sold, let and rented in the past, they felt things could be done so much better. Bringing skills from finance, customer service and retail roles in top international companies, plus personal experiences and a drive to do things better, they created Gatekeeper.

Since then, Gatekeeper has come a long way. Every day we touch on our four 'brand pillars' to ensure we are driving towards our mission to provide the best service:

Local teams:
We think it's important that the whole team works together, rather than split up into small office, where everyone does things differently. We have a central office, so everyone starts the day together, then area specialists drive over to their local area to look after properties and meet buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.

More focus:
It's simple. People work smarter and harder when they care. So we make every one of our team a shareholder in the business, so we all have a 'self employed mentality' and do the very best for ourselves, our clients and our colleagues.
