Hello!
We are a new and fully kitted out gym, fitness studio and dance club, offering a wide variety of classes to suit everyone whether first timers or fanatics.
There are classes for kids, adults & seniors ranging from Salsa, Ballroom & Latin Dance courses to Street Dance, Cheerleading, Burlesque, Fitness/HIIT classes and much more!
You do not need to sign up just show up and train!
Classes are for all ages and abilities so don't worry if you're a beginner or advanced! Our classes are perfect for all levels!
We also offer venue hire, dance shows, events, personal training and free goal specific programmes for members.
So don't be shy, visit us, have fun, get seriously fit, achieve your aims and get involved.
All are welcome.
