Our expertise in Strength & Conditioning, Sports Science, Functional Movement Screen (FMS) application and extended rehabilitation allow us to support clients to become more injury resistant, leaner, stronger, faster and more powerful, helping them achieve their maximum potential. .

We provide a level of support that means you literally just have to turn up and do as we ask, you don't need to be an expert in the gym, we take care of all guidance and instruction. Supporting individuals that want to train the right way and become and stay fit for life is key here at MP.
