Angel House

General information

Angel House is a beautiful seafront Grade 1 Regency townhouse. It is a privately owned home that offers a unique events, conferences, wedding and civil ceremony experience.

We can cater for up to 60 people seated and a further 15 people can be invited for non seated parts of your day such as an evening activity. We only ever do one event at a time so the house is exclusively yours for the day.

We hold a licence to host weddings and civil partnerships in the Regency Room on the first floor. It’s an incredibly romantic room where vows can be exchanged looking out past the Angel Peace statue to sea through the floor to ceiling windows. We want couples to feel that this is their home and to share this experience with family and friends. Angel House has a magical and relaxed atmosphere with all the grandeur and elegance of a time gone by but is also right in the middle of one of the most alive and fun places on the south coast.

We want you to have the best experience possible and will work with you to achieve that objective. There are few venues that can offer such an inspiring backdrop for your day and there are wonderful photo opportunities around every corner within and outside the house.

The house can be dressed as you wish and we have many tried and tested room dressers on our preferred suppliers list who can help.

Your more than welcome to visit, but as Angel House is a private home you’ll need to arrange a time in advance. We’ll give you a tour of the house and we can talk through your plans and discuss dates and costs. Angel House is in a residential area and out of respect to our lovely neighbours our curfew time is 11.00pm.
