I have particular expertise in:

Developing policy and providing advice and options on the way forward – for example in respect of direct access to barristers, advocacy and legal education and training;

Improving systems, particularly with respect to accreditation and complaints handling;

Advising on alternative business structures and other arrangements;

Compliance;

Providing advice on professional and ethical problems;

Drafting rules and guidance; and

Developing governance systems.

I am happy to undertake work in all these areas, whether it is an individual short piece of work or project, or something more ongoing.
