The key features of the Property Maintenance Help Desk:

In-house, operated by GPM Ltd’s local, friendly staff (not an overseas call centre)
Staffed 8-5pm Monday to Friday
A named Help Desk Co-ordinator is assigned to your job, to liaise with all parties for you and keep you informed about progress
Out-of-hours, connects you to the on-call engineer (at no extra cost)

GPM Ltd knows you need access to technical support 24 hours a day. That’s why if you contact the Property Maintenance Help Desk out of hours, you will be connected straight through to the on call engineer who provides one of the following:

Site-visit if required
Priority booking in of the job for the next working day
