Kingdom Facilities & Construction (KFC) is in its 20th year of trading. A family run business, it is proud of its humble heritage and determined leader, Derek King. Based in Essex most projects are in and around the South East seeing plenty of activity in Central London.
In 1995 an idea was conceived that the sector of storage, equipment and mezzanine floors showed promise of delivering a diverse and flexible business opportunity. Never without enthusiasm, the vision was pushed which brought new client relationships and exciting projects.
The facilities and construction component was a natural progression; it supported the already established storage and equipment supply and the need to organise the work spaces clients already occupied. With great relationships cemented, a growing number of case studies and requests to tender, KFC built a reliable contractor network.
Word of mouth and recommendations has seen KFC working with local councils, top-end brands, global manufacturers, entrepreneurs and the education sector. The ability to be flexible and the ‘no job is too small’ attitude is at the core and is reinforced by the company ethos ‘Value delivery, success built on trust and environmentally sustainable.’
