Nelson Plant Hire Ltd was founded in 2006 by Simon Nelson and after a period of controlled and sustained growth, Nelson has built an enviable reputation as one of the largest plant hire companies serving the South of the U.K.

During the past four years we have seen a year on year business growth and subsequent re-investment by increasing the plant hire fleet whilst offering professional services to meet our client's needs.

We have also seen the formation of Nelson & Sons Civil Engineering Ltd and Nelson & Sons Demolition Ltd, which has brought more diversity to our company and has enabled us to work further afield and extend our client base whilst offering our clients a complete construction service.

At Nelson Plant Hire Ltd we thrive on repeat business and referrals and believe that business development resources should be targeted at delivering a first class service on projects in which we are involved.

We are constantly mindful of the time and programme of a project. We strive to achieve these whilst also taking into account the client, their business and project costs.
