Holt Rugby Club Company Information
General information
Founded in 1961 when the first fixture was played at Gresham's School between West Norfolk & Holt using the facilities of the White Lion Hotel to change and entertain. The team moved to a meadow in Holt (now the Holt community centre) whilst using the facilities at the Railway Inn.
In 1967 the club moved to their present ground in High Kelling where it has continued to improve both it's playing areas and clubhouse.
Holt RFC now enjoys 3 full size pitches, 6 dedicated Mini Pitches & a fantastic clubhouse that are all owned by the club itself.
Within the clubhouse there are changing facilities for up to 100 players as well as a warm and friendly club room able to seat 120 guests for dinners and pre-match luncheons.
All of this makes Holt RFC the best Club in North Norfolk with much to offer experienced or new rugby players and their family.
