By forming strong relationships with our vendors and landlords we ensure that both they, and all prospective buyers and tenants, have the assistance and information needed to successfully complete the sale or rental process.

Call or email us for a free market appraisal of your property. Once an agreement is reached we will describe, measure up, photograph and market your property within a couple of days. Whilst we will advise, you will have sign off of your property details.

Our Fee Structure

It is a fact that, along with many other products and services, nearly all property searches now start on the internet. This means that there is less and less need for a large branch network with larger overheads which drives fees upwards. What is needed is a responsive and accessible team with great local knowledge. At Home Truths we provide just that and by having a different approach to traditional estate agents we can control our overheads and pass those savings on to you.

Our Marketing Approach

You may wonder whether low fees mean low service levels - not with Home Truths. We market, put up boards, match purchasers or tenants to your property, advertise in the local press, conduct accompanied viewings, liaise with solicitors and other agents through to completion. In other words we give you everything that you would expect from your agent but without the cost.
