Jim’s Removals is a family buisness that is based in Blackburn and was first opened by James Wignall in 1983. Jim has been involved in domestic removals, office removals, house clearances, confidential waste and store deliveries working with local solictors, auctionrooms and estate agents. As the business progressed through customer recommendations our reputation got noticed by the public at large, and then customers starting coming to us from all areas in lancashire. With having many years experiance in the industry our customer care is exceptionally good, making us aware and capable of dealing with customer requirements efficiently.

18 years ago Jims son Jonathan worked alongside his Dad carrying out removals. As the years have gone by Jim has now retired, with his son having a lot of experience he decided to take the business over and went into partnership with his cousin Damian.

Keeping the business in the family is more relaiable and trust worthy as we never let each other down. Moving homes or offices can be stressful and challenging but as we are an experienced young team we are used to handling stressfull jobs professionally making are customers more relaxed and at ease.

Our experienced team will visit your home and explain to you step by step the procedure of your move giving you the best advice possible and answering any questions you may have.

We have a 3.5 ton 14ft long van, which is more than equipped to deal wiith any kind of removal all around Lancashire and beyond. All goods will be securely strapped and covered ensuring they won’t get damagesd during transit. For valubles and fragile items we will use the best packing protection possible. Overall your items will be transported to your new home safely and securely.
