Stanley Park Visitor Centre

General information

The Friends of Stanley Park and Salisbury Woodland are a group who care about two of Blackpool’s favourite green spaces. Come and join us, our website, linked below, contains full details.

All events are subject to change/cancellation due to weather and band availability. Wherever possible, a substitute band will be booked when the original act is not able to perform.

The main entrance to Stanley Park is on West Park Drive at the roundabout next to the Cricket Ground. Through the big iron gates. The Car Park is outside the cafe. The bandstand is by the lake.

The entrance to Woodland Gardens is on the corner of East Park Drive and Woodside Drive (to the Zoo) and at places along Woodside Drive.

No vehicles are allowed to travel to the bandstand from Mawson Drive. Special arrangements are made for musicians vehicles if it is essential they enter the park and approach the bandstand. These will be advised to musicians booked to play.

Volunteers are always welcome to assist with the bandstand events.
