What kind of service can I expect ?? – We pride ourselves on providing a top quality professional and efficient service tailored to meet each Clients individual requirements. For your convenience our office is open 7 days a week 8am - 8pm & all enquiries are responded to within 24hrs of receipt.

How do I know that I'm working with a professional licenced company ? - Sadly the majority of the Carriage industry in the UK is unlicenced at the moment but NOT The Ostler. We are fully licenced and hold Operators Licences, Public Liability Insurance, WATO certificates and all Staff are fully qualified commercial Coaching Staff. Please feel free to ask to see copy documents - we would strongly recommend that, for your safety and peace of mind, you ask to see copy documents from any/every company that you request a quote from.

What Horses do you use ? - The Ostler is home to the largest stable of working commercial Horses in the UK - fine boned White Lippizaner Horses, rare White Shire Horses, Black Friesian Stallions a breed known for the long manes, tails and gentle natures and also White Irish Draft Horses.

Without our Horses we would not be able to operate & we view the relationship between the Coaching Staff & our Horses as a very special one.
It is a partnership & it is important to us that our horses have an excellent quality of life.
With this in mind, none of them are worked every day & all are regularly vetted.

What Carriages can I choose from ? - we offer the widest range of Carriages - Glass fronted Landaus, convertible Vis a Vis', Glass Coaches, Omnibuses, 10 & 12 seater Country Carriages, fairytale Cinderella Pumpkins, quissentially traditional twin Hooded Landau etc. So whatever style of Wedding you have chosen we have a carriage to suit.

What quality of Staff will be there on my special day - Our uniformed Coaching Staff are fully qualified and certificated by ‘The British Horse Society’ to their highest commercial level.
Uniforms are available in a choice of colours and matching silk cravat ties come in 80 different colours - our attention to detail is second to none.
