Philip Pugh and Partners, are a well known independent residential estate and letting agency, established in 1994 and under the management of Philip Pugh FNAEA (Honoured) – (working in this field for over 40 years) and Sacha Cresswell MNAEA (having nearly 30 years’ experience in both estate agency and residential lettings –with over 20 of those with Philip Pugh and Partners).
We are based in the centre of Cheltenham at 25 Bath Street in arguably the best community for customers wishing to carry out property sales and lettings, since there are about ten agencies in this part of town.
