We are the only restaurant to be owned by Chapman's of Sevenoaks fish wholesalers, this enables to have the pick of the freshest fish daily.
It is our policy to source the majority of our fresh fish locally, it comes straight from the boats to us for preparation.
We use our fresh fish in our favourite dishes come and give us a try.
