General information
Our bread is a whole food - the vitamins and minerals listed on the label are the ones that are naturally present in the ingredients. Our products are made with organic and biodynamic ingredients and our gluten free whole grain flours are freshly milled each day to prevent oxidation. We use revitalised filtered water, natural leaven and add a small amount of Seaweed to our bread.
Our mission is to make the healthiest bread and cakes possible - we hope you enjoy the fruits of our labour.
