General information
Hi I'm Emily and I run FoodAtOne's healthy cookery courses. I have created a boutique cookery school based in the heart of Kent.
I run a Gluten Free kitchen on all courses and these courses are suitable for food intolerances or anyone wanting to lead a healthy lifestyle.
I want to share with you healthy, delicious, quick and easy recipes that you will make you feel great. Get to know your food through various cookery courses and my weekly inbox boosters.
My background is that I have food intolerances of wheat, yeast, dairy and sugar (plus a few others like potatoes, corn and citric acid) since 2007. I have explored various dietary, nutritional and lifestyle changes all of which have enabled me to feel focused, and become more in tune with my body.
I like to get creative in my kitchen to find a "naturally healthy" alternative. I share these perfected recipes with you on FoodAtOne's website through the free ebooks, recipes and of course the cookery courses.
