G Plan community house rules – we refer to Facebooks general community standards but have also our own guidelines for our page https://www.facebook.com/communitystandards

We love our G Plan community and the fact we all can engage with each other. In order to make sure everyone has a good experience on our page we have created our house rules which we ask you to follow. If a user’s interaction goes against any of our guidelines, we allow ourselves to hide comments or block relevant users to stop harassment against our page, brand or individuals.
• Please use respectful language. Offensive or violent language is not accepted. The written tone on social media can easily be misunderstood – please keep that in mind when posting.
• As a manufacturer brand we are happy to answer general customer service questions via this page. Should you have any queries relating to a sofa purchase we are happy to help as far as possible, however as your contract is with your retailer, we ask you to direct your query to them in the first instance.
• We do not accept trolls or users who are spamming continuously only for the purpose of spamming.
• We do not at any time tolerate or accept users publicly referring to personal individuals by name whom they have been in contact with, including service upholsterers, Consumer Care team members, retailer, stockist employees or, any other current or previous employees as G Plan Upholstery.
• Hateful or discriminatory comments regarding race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation or political beliefs is not accepted on our page.
• Links or comments containing sexually explicit content material will be deleted and users involved or responsible will be blocked and will be reported to Facebook
• Spam, link baiting or files containing viruses that could damage the operation of other people’s computers or mobile devices is not acceptable.
• Attacks on specific groups or any comments meant to harass, threaten or abuse an individual is not acceptable.
• Commercial solicitations or the promotion of a competitor is not acceptable.
• Off topic or unrelated to G Plan content is not acceptable.
