Ripples was established in 1988 by Roger and Sandra Kyme specifically to target the upper end of the bathroom market. After 40 years of experience working in the industry, Roger Kyme first realised the potential for retailing bathrooms when he was with a major chain of builders merchants. Ripples opened their first showroom on the London Road, Bath which is a highly visible 6,000 sq.ft location on one of the main roads into the city.

We have been built the company on quality: quality product, quality of service and of course quality of staff. This has made Ripples one of the premier bathroom retailers in the UK which has been endorsed by the company's ever increasing number of industry awards; 48 and counting.

Ripples have proved that the formula works and that our knowledge and experiecene of operating a national newtork of retail outlets, combined with like minded franchise partners is the foundation for our success.

Now operating nationwide, we believe we have found the successful balance in retailing bathrooms. Our priorities are to be innovative with our bathroom design with first class quality products always backed up with the best personal service available. We have proved with our current talented team of franchisees that this can be done - along with an awful lot of support from our growing number of customers.
