St Mary's Parish Church Company Information
General information
St Mary's church in Acocks Green is celebrating 150 years of the church. It is C of E and has been the Parish church of St Mary's since 1866.
The church was partly distroyed in the war and was rebuilt afterwards due to the generousity of the members at the time. The Burne Jones window was blasted out and the vicar went and picked up the pieces of the window, 1 piece is missing as it was never found.
There are many amazing stories about this church and how it has changed over the years.
