Black Country Women's Aid (formerly known as Sandwell Women's Aid) supports people affected by domestic abuse, sexual violence, exploitation and human trafficking in the Black Country.

We offer refuge, community support and counselling: sensitive and holistic support services which each year help thousands of victims of abuse to escape from violence, cope with trauma and rebuild their lives.

Our domestic abuse services are available for people in Sandwell, Dudley, and Walsall.

We support both women and men who have been affected by rape, sexual violence, and childhood sexual abuse in Sandwell, Wolverhampton, Dudley and Walsall.

We support children and young people affected by domestic abuse, rape and sexual violence, and sexual exploitation in Sandwell, Dudley, Wolverhampton and Walsall.

Assistance with both civil and criminal cases including child custody
Culturally sensitive, multi lingual support including immigration advocacy and access to other agencies
Support and advocacy with housing, welfare benefits, education, training and employment
Group work and activities including The Freedom Programme, You and Me Mum, Helping Hands, Beyond Trauma and the Power to Change
Support and prevention around forced marriages and honour based violence
