Harlequin Party is a well established party shop offering a full decorating service with balloons for any occasions! Established for 13 years with a wealth of experience in organising parties, fund raisers and decorating a multitude of venues however big or intimate to suit your budget, if it’s a meal for 2 or 100 tables at larger venues
We work closely with all local Hotels & Venues and have excellent knowledge of room sizes and know exactly what each venue allows and doesn't allow. This knowledge also helps us to advise you on the amount of balloons we'd recommend for your chosen room so that your room doesnt look too busy or on the other hand, too empty.
We also offer a Chair Cover Hire Service for a DIY Service including the Sash for just £1 or we can fit them for you from as little as £2

We offer 18" personalised foil balloons, these come in a range of shapes (stars, hearts & circles) and various colours to suit the colour scheme for your event. Any message can be written on these balloons, so any nicknames or personal jokes can be included on these balloons to make them that extra bit special!

We also offer a 32" personalised foil balloon that makes that bigger impact in any function room and welcomes everyone to your special occasion! These are floor standing balloons that have organza and bows to hold them up. WE can add Twinkling Lights that you can keep to use in your own home or just bring them back into us and we can add them to your next magnificent balloon, These are often bought by people to stand at entrances of venues to welcome their guests.

We can also provide you with sets of balloons to go on tables or as floor standing arrangements, these can be latex or foil arrangements, foil arrangements can also include personalised balloons. All these sets come on frilly weights in colours to match the balloons in your sets.

We do offer a delivery service at a charge but all of our balloons come in balloon bags and are all easily transportable.
