It is important for us to create the right environment for the children in our care where they feel safe, loved and are able to thrive. This all relies on having the right staff. This starts at recruitment; making sure we select the best, ensuring the right checks are done and when we select our staff, they are trained and supported.
All care staff hold a relevant childcare qualification and as a management team we encourage personal and career development which also require a long term commitment to training. To further secure children we ensure that the child:adult ratio meets or exceeds requirements set out by Ofsted.
