I am Pippa Sole of Philippa Sole Ltd, and my business is built on personal recommendation and client referrals based on my track record as an independent sale, letting and search agent.

You will experience a friendly customised service, combining in-home consultation with an extensive online presence. I maintain an office for formal meetings, but have no traditional shop window since this does little to enhance the sales process from a client perspective and does not reflect today’s digitally driven marketplace.

Crucial to the success of my clients’ transactions is my flexibility and ability to offer choice - a bespoke service alongside a transparent fee structure, tailored to the individual needs of my clients. This, coupled with my deep understanding of the local market, enables me to provide a very different and ultimately more rewarding experience.

This is designed with you the client in mind. As your search agent, I work directly for you, to secure your perfect property, based on your criteria and with a wealth of tools, insights and connections at my disposal. As a specialist in the BH13 and BH14 area, I draw on my relationships with existing agencies, filter and short list publicly available properties, as well as those not currently, or quietly marketed.
