Castle Park Solicitors is the first law firm owned by the charity, Community Advice and Law Service (CALS). CALS provides free advice and representation to the residents of Leicester and Leicestershire in money matters, debt, and housing law. All profits from Castle Park Solicitors will go to CALS to support the free advice and representation to continue.
At Castle Park Solicitors we specialise in Family Law, Employment Law and Immigration Law. We also offer Family Mediation and Family Collaborative Law Services. All of our lawyers are experienced in their fields of law.
There have been severe cuts to legal aid since April 2013 and we are trying to keep our prices at affordable rates to enable those that are most disadvantaged to be able to access legal advice. We offer fixed fees, pay as you go services "unbundling" as well as competitive hourly rates. For those on benefit income we offer the Access to Justice Package.
