General information

During my 27 year career I have been exposed to different sectors of industry, however my main experience and focus has been in Sales/Marketing. Through my long tenure within this sector of industry, I have been able to develop, strengthen and deepen a number of key transferable skills.
I am a highly motivated and ambitious individual that has a proven track record for successfully delivering numerous projects through working as part of a team, on an individual basis and management of multiple teams. Working in these varied environments which have included neurology and dermatology and looking as the impact on patients, I have excellent time management skills enabling the prioritisation of tasks, working in high pressure environments that require adherence to tight deadlines without compromising on accuracy, tenacity, strong persuasion/influencing skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Recruitment and management of a team of five plus staff, for the completion Marketing Campaigns in a timely manner
• Creation of a training schedule for all staff members and the clear communication of their objectives, targets and responsibilities
• Relationship management of IT Directors/Managers; Financial Controllers/Directors; Stockbrokers including Chief Dealers in Financial Markets, senior level city analysts; Treasury Directors; Marketing and Sales manager and directors.
• Database management using software packages such as Microsoft Access
• Creation of an International Strategy for business expansion with a focus on the following markets: USA, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand, and Europe
• Compilation of a comprehensive campaign report for each client outlining – hot leads, call conversion ratios, cold leads, updated contact details of leads where necessary and detailed data analysis.
