Ethitec

General information

Ethitec was established in 1975 by Andrew Parkin, Professor of Systems Analysis at Leicester Polytechnic (now The De Montfort University). It was incorporated in 1987 (24th December) and acquired its own premises at Millstone Lane, Leicester. Ethitec has expanded considerably since 1987, and has been able to sustain profitability and a positive cash flow during this expansion. In May 1997, following the retirement of the original owners, the company was acquired by Ethitec Ltd, a company formed to facilitate a Management Buy-Out. Ethitec is now owned and managed by Simon Taylor (Managing Director), Paula Taylor (Finance Director), Anya Zarb (HR Director), and Stuart Zarb (Technical Director).
