Sheffield Money is here for the residents of Sheffield who currently have no access to credit services, or chose to use high cost alternatives.

The intention is to broker existing suppliers with shared objectives (e.g. Credit Unions, CDFIs, Money Advice Services). These suppliers are regulated in their own right, have similar fair, ethical and flexible approaches to finance as well as crucially offering the best rates possible for Sheffield residents. Our partners offer commercially competitive products and services, with less than 50% of the commercial interest.

We offer financial products (loans, savings, current accounts, white goods and furniture) and/or advice (budgeting and debt).

Sheffield Money aims to improve financial inclusion in Sheffield. We are driven to treat customers fairly and keep money within the local economy, benefiting the residents of Sheffield by offering improved interest rates, incentives, and advice, ultimately increasing fair and affordable access to finance in Sheffield.
