From speedy answering of phone, to help picking my groceries sight unseen, to a speedy, squeezed in last minute delivery, the staff at Beanies made what could have been a complicated transaction, fuss-free and smooth! I called from overseas to place an order for my parents who live locally. Heather was friendly, professional and efficient. The delivery person (I'm told!) arrived cheerfully, double checked it was the right recipient and made the whole exchange really pleasant.
