The business was founded in 2012 by a team of experts with a collective industry experience of more than 35 years. Following 2-Years of exceptional growth the business was acquired by a NASDAQ listed insurance provider AmTrust Financial Services Inc. (Ref: AFSI) in May 2014. The rationale behind seeking investment for the founding team was to enable international expansion plans to be executed whilst expanding on the already well-established network in the UK. For AmTrust the rationale was simple to control repair operations associated with insurance claims to ensure quality turnaround time and the overall customer experience is executed to market leading standards. The investment has also enabled the business to diversify its offering. Historically the business was focused on the B2B sector and with that there was very little interaction with end-users. However over the past 3 years the company has created a customer facing brand whilst adding further elements to the overall proposition.
