Over the past 25 years, NCS Property Maintenance has quickly become established, working for many councils; housing associations; schools; commercial businesses, private landlords and private customers.

NCS continually and frequently carry out all types of maintenance works in Hertfordshire, London and the Home Counties. We believe that the continued employment of our services is due to our professional, reliable and committed approach to the services we provide.

Furthermore, NCS has undertaken projects such as: bathroom and kitchen refurbishments; building extensions and conversions; complete central heating replacements and property refurbishments. Nevertheless, NCS believe that no job is too small or too large, offering a same day service, in some occasions. We offer FREE estimates and our energy assessors offer a FREE assessment of your home, as well as advice on suitable energy efficient products/improvements including potential government funding incentives. We are based in Hertford town center and have a shop where we are able to offer face to face advice on all aspects of property maintenance.
