General information
At Windyridge attention to the taste experience is paramount. Our hands on approach to making cheese is ingrained into our cheese makers.
We select only the best grade cheese and use fresh fine produce to hand make our cheeses. We finely pick, peel, cut and dice ingredients; marinate fruits in wines; crumble our cheese; and folded in to make the perfect blend.
We then hand scoop, patter and press our cheese into moulds to allow the flavours to develop and mature. These are cut by hand and prepared ready for packaging.
Our quality is close to hand, our preparation and attention to detail is who we are and what we do. We are always in touch with our cheese, we love it – And we know you will too!
