Welcome to the Belton Cheese where we have been making award winning cheese since the early eighteen hundreds.
Belton is based in the glorious Shropshire countryside, close to the county of Cheshire.
We have our own local milk field of 85 farms all within a 25 miles radius of the dairy and follow a traditional handmade process using bespoke starter cultures for our cheese.
In total the dairy produces 11 different varieties of British regional cheese including a range of vat made additives such as Double Gloucester with onion and Chive and Sage Derby.
Our cheese can be found in most UK major multiples and independents and we also export worldwide.
The Belton 450 acre farm has been organic since 2002 with 15,000 hardwood trees planted as part of the Countryside Stewardship.
