Responding to comments

We recommend that any questions are sent to either enquiries@watford.gov.uk or that you call the Customer Service Centre between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday on tel: 01923 226400.

You can also call in to the Customer Service Centre – the address is Town Hall, Watford, WD17 3EX.

We can respond to questions posted on this Facebook page –but please allow us time to do this, remembering we also work Monday to Friday 8am until 6pm.

Rules of the community

In line with most online communities, we reserve the right to remove any comments, without notice, that are libellous, harrassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene or offensive.

We also ask that you:

Be civil, tasteful and refrain from swearing
Do not post content copied from elsewhere, for which you do not own the copyright.
Do not post the same message, or very similar messages, more than once (also called "spamming").
Do not publicise your, or anyone else's, personal information, such as contact details.
