Based in Kent, we are ideally placed to supply our comprehensive roofing services throughout Kent and the South East of England. With a wealth of knowledge and invaluable experience in the industrial roofing industry, we also accept larger roofing contracts further afield, covering the rest of England and mainland Europe.

We have offered the very best in commercial and industrial roofing and cladding for over 15 years, bringing an incredible depth of experience to every job, with expertise in a number of specialised areas such as asbestos removal, refurbishments and public sector work.

We install & maintain all types of roofing and cladding systems including standing seam roofing systems, single ply (flat roofing), skylights, composite panelling, Trespa Cladding and Cedar Cladding . We also refurbish asbestos roofing & cladding.

Founded in 2003 by Dominic Smith, the Managing Director, Capel Cladding Ltd started as an Industrial Roofing & Cladding company and over the years, has expanded and moved into other disciplines of roofing.

Our services are delivered in a professional manner; always focused on quality and safety, with our team getting the job done on budget and on schedule every time, whilst still finding space to advise you on the job at hand and options available at every stage.

Whatever the roofing specification, be it, standing seam, composite panelling, single ply, fibre cement, steel cladding, GRP roofing or built-up twinskin systems, we can help you achieve your budget by sourcing materials and providing cost efficient alternatives if required.

We undertake many different types of industrial and residential cladding and roofing refurbishment projects. Asbestos roofing replacement and overcladding can be undertaken whether asbestos sheeting is present upon the roof or on the walls as cladding.

All of our works are carried out in line with current building regulations and HSE guidelines. The refurbishment of the guttering and rainwater products is often carried out as standard during refurbishment projects.
