A big “Hello!” from The Saffron Ice Cream Company, your local micro producers of delicious award winning handmade Essex dairy ice cream.
Based on a family farm in the historic town of Saffron Walden, north Essex, we passionately produce our luxurious products, which take ice cream back to their heritage. We produce our creamy dairy ice cream and refreshing sorbet by hand everyday, producing in small batches to ensure superior quality and consistency.
With exceptional core and seasonal flavour ranges, we produce exciting flavours ranging from Finest Vanilla Pod to Salted Butter Caramel, Luxury Coffee & Walnut to Lavender sorbet.
You might have heard of our little company, there’s quite a buzz around our new approach to ice cream…we’ve been on ITV Anglia, BBC Radio Cambridgeshire and been featured in lots of local publications.
