Bio diesel is an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional diesel, made from straight vegetable oil, animal oil/fats, tallow and waste cooking oil. The most common source for Biodiesel in the UK is rapeseed. As it releases less emissions than fossil fuels, Biodiesel is also less damaging to human health. Biodiesel is biodegradable, non-toxic and carbon neutral. Even though oil market prices are currently low, any individual, small business or bulk producer can still save money whilst helping the environment. BFS (BioFuel Solutions) specialise in new and re-furbished equipment for biodiesel production, supporting customers requiring 50 to 200 litre batches of biodiesel. We co-operate with the best and safest manufacturer in the UK and have access to processors making a variety of 'rigs' including over 10,000 litres per day! Additionally, Biodiesel produced from rapeseed oil is capable of meeting european fuel standard (EN 14212).

We are able to offer a ''one stop solution'' to the biodiesel industry, not only selling the biodiesel processor itself, but also full training and installation.

To further support our customers we stock a full range of spare parts, filtration mediums, processing chemicals (Methanol, Methylate, Sodium and Potassium Hydroxide) as well as back-up supplies of filtered WVO. All in all, a full service to the industry.

We are also able to offer solutions to pre-filtration of waste oil to delivery systems of finished biodiesel and can design bespoke solutions upon request.
