We are a ladies fashion boutique located in East Hull (opposite village Road and the White Statue). We sell amazing dresses and other items of clothing all at really low prices!!! We have a range of fabulous, unique bags, jewellery and other accessories so please visit our shop and I am sure you will be amazed at what's on offer!
We specialize in UNIQUE boutique items at affordable prices!

HOW TO ORDER FROM FG!
You can order on our website @ www.filthygorgeous.boutique. We can post out to you (free postage when you spend £50+) or you can use our FREE 'click & collect' option & collect in store. All click & collect orders ready ASAP between opening times.

We cannot HOLD items through Facebook. **Some items can be held for a few hours to give you chance to get to our store!

**Keep in mind we only see so many notifications. We would have to go through each pic to keep up with them all and with literally 100's of notifications that is not always possible. Please understand we are not ignoring you...we just may not have seen it. Thank you for understanding. You can however call the shop and purchase items over the phone.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS - YOU MUST CONTACT US AT ONCE IF YOU HAVE A DEFECT IN YOUR ITEM - please note Normal wear and tear and not using correct washing instructions DO NOT APPLY! We inspect ALL items before sending out - please inspect your package immediately after opening and call us ASAP!

In store Returns:
We accept Returns with ORIGINAL RECEIPT, TAGS ATTACHED, and item in ORIGINAL condition on reg priced items WITHIN 14 days for store credit or exchange ONLY! Items need to be SMOKE FREE, No stains (makeup/deodorant), and NO signs of PET HAIR. We have the right to refuse any item that does not meet our standards.
Clearance items and mark downs are a FINAL SALE. No exceptions.

Postal Returns:
Same rules apply. We accept 14 days after we have posted out. Please provide phone number and name in package so we can call you to verify we have received and notify you of your credit. Please return with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost items. Items need to be SMOKE FREE, No stains (makeup/deodorant), and NO signs of PET HAIR. We have the right to refuse any item that does not meet our standards.
