General information
Established in 1993, The Bike Place has built up a reputation based upon high quality and professional service.
Since 2006 we have been operating a cycle hire centre in Kielder village, and 2017 sees the opening of our second hire operation at Kielder Waterside (formerly Leaplish Waterside Park).
We have a large fleet of bikes to suit all needs – from families and large school groups, to riders coming to test the local MTB trails.
We are also a Test Centre for Electric bikes from Haibike, Raleigh and Diamondback.
