We are a micro-bakery situated in the New Town of Edinburgh, hand making and baking the capital's best bagels - well, we think so anyway. We use only natural ingredients and believe wholesome and local is best - which is exactly what we provide. Our bagels are baked and delivered each morning, guaranteeing fresh, quality produce for the people of Edinburgh.
