I’m Michelle and for over 20 years I’ve helped really busy small business owners just like you with all of their marketing needs as a mini outsourced marketing team. I have a post-grad degree in marketing from many years ago, but more importantly I invest annually in continuous professional learning so that I stay up to speed with the latest customer and technology trends, algorithms, apps and any software that would be helpful to small business owners. I do this, so that you don’t have to!

I love to work with small, ethical and sustainable businesses and social enterprises to support and teach them how to manage their online marketing; customer relationships; and social media.
