We welcome honest, friendly and open conversation on our Facebook page. Enjoy yourself. We are all here to share ideas, experiences and communicate with each other, however we reserve the right to remove comments or discussion posts which stop this happening. We welcome all feedback about our programmes and services within the UK and Ireland Territory as long as comments meet the guidelines outlined below.

To keep this community useful and safe for everyone we reserve the right to remove comments which:
• Are considered likely to disrupt, provoke, attack or offend others
• Are racist, sexist, homophobic, sexually explicit, abusive or otherwise objectionable
• Contain swear words or other language likely to offend
• Could break the law or condone or encourage unlawful activity (this includes breach of copyright, defamation and contempt of court).
• Advertise products or services for profit or gain
• Are seen to impersonate someone else
• Include contact details such as phone numbers, postal or email addresses
• Are written in anything other than English
• Describe or encourage activities which could endanger the safety or well-being of others
• Are considered to be 'spam' (posts containing the same message posted multiple times)
• Are “Trolling”, or posting deliberately disruptive statements meant to hijack comment threads or throw discussions off-track, or are repeatedly off-topic for the comment, discussion or post on which you are posting

By participating on this page, you are agreeing to our commenting policy. Comments that question these guidelines or moderation of our page will be removed. We will send you a private message via Facebook asking you to contact us directly if you have any questions about moderation.

If you repeatedly violate this policy, you will be removed from our page. People who are continually detrimental to others’ enjoyment of this page risk being permanently banned. If you become a bother to our supporters, since this is a supporter page first and foremost, you will be removed. We encourage open discussion, which includes disagreement, but we will not tolerate harassment or taunting of our supporters.

We also advise our fans to flag/report to us and/or to Facebook any content that violates Facebook's terms and conditions, by using the spam link. Please note that we regularly investigate messages that have been marked as spam and remove messages that violate our guidelines.
