The RAISE model:
Resettlement and Rehabilitation: Engaging YP at the earliest opportunity to support them and change behaviour.
Accommodation Support: provide support, signposting to housing providers and helping them with independence.
Investment: supporting and providing resources to enable YP to succeed and achieve economic well-being.
Skills: providing learning, qualifications, and work experience opportunities, to enable YP to be work ready.
Education: providing social and academic education to raise the aspirations and confidence in YP to go further.
Respect and Restoration: teach YP the value of respect for self & others; work with them to restore their community.
Action: Enable YP to take action for change in them self and their community.
Inclusion and Integration: provide all YP with the ability & confidence to access & join in with all elements of society.
Support: enable YP to manage the challenges they face, find their talents and reach their full potential.
Enterprise: enable and provide YP with opportunities in developing, working & running in local community businesses. Young people are our future and we want to invest in them to make a brighter future.
